A large indoor display area contains quite a few amazing outdoor patio, firepit and grill displays. These caught my eye and I'm already using them as blueprints for our own outdoor firepit and BBQ. I also toured acres of elaborate outdoor bricks and stones, by far the largest selection I've ever seen, and I'd venture to say, in the entire downriver area.

Carefree is definitely the best landscape supply store there is. I've been going there for many years. The staff and selection is far above any one else.

Great place to get everything you need from landscaping, trees, shrubs to flowers, rocks and pavers. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable to help you create what you like.

Wonderful service. They allowed me to just walk right to the back and choose the rocks that I wanted. When I wasn't able to lift one on my own the guy came back with a loader and gave me a hand. Very satisfied and wonderful staff. The man in the loader put on a little show for my son

Very, very knowledgeable and helpful staff!! This was my first year planting perrenials. I arrived at Carefree about 45 minutes before closing, they never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and recommended some beautiful flowers and shrubs. I can't wait for next year, when I redo more of my flower beds. I know right where I'm going to purchase everything from flowers to rock!! I should have started with the fact that their river rock was $10 a yard cheaper than a local competitor and topsoil was also cheaper!! Icing on the cake was the wonderful staff!!

Took my Toro lawn mower in for a tune up. Andy did a quick and excellent job!

Cleaned and tuned my aunts lawn mower. No issues. Very nice customer service. Prices on flowers a tad on the high end but other than that they have a good variety.

Carefree has lots of landscaping staples. Most plants are good sized and well taken care of. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to make suggestions. This place seems to be a go to for downriver landscapers but they do work with individuals too. 2 years back I bought a truckload of plants, trees, shrubs, topsoil, mulch... They delivered on my schedule and made my project as easy as can be. Would definitely recommend them for a big project. Also, they have the best prices on "milorganite".
